Many things have changed at Spruce Village. At first I was discouraged after reading the reviews, so I decided to check it myself. I now call Spruce Village home-for 2 years and going strong.

The management is very professional and attentive-you are always greeted with a great smile.

Maintenance is amazing,quick and hassle free, I know what I'm talking about-as a former UCR student-I moved around, including Winwood, Los Olivos, Summeridge, UCR student apartments, and more.

Regarding cars getting broken into-that does not happen inside! Some people have been drinking too much haterade! The popo only arrive to say hello-plus officers also live on site.

Trust me when it comes to price and comfortability Spruce Village delivers.
