If you live on the new side you get the washer and dryer, but this means you have nearly no storage for a 1 bedroom. Fantastic kitchen and floorplan, very soundproofed apartments (because of the trains), vaulted ceilings on the top floor . . . great conditions all around.

Had one incident of stolen laundry a couple years ago (from the shared laundry room.)

Parking on the street is dangerous, between vandalization, overzealous parking tickets, and some theft of stereos (at least one of each that has happened to me or a friend of mine in the last two years).

I think about the only other thing I can really complain about is the severely retarded microwaves that come with the new apartments. Those things are almost unusable.
