I would tell all who want to live here to RUN!!!! I had nothing but problems since I moved in from mildew in the dishwasher to a brokeen fire detector, to holes in the wall. When I turn in work orders, THEY NEVER RESPOND until I hound them down. My apartment flooded twice becuase of my toilet was bad. It ruined my beautiful bathroom fixtures. They finall gave me a new toilet after a month. Most recently I HAVE TERMITES IN MY LIVING ROOM!!!! THE big kind with wings. Its been two months and they sent someonew to inspect after the first month, I had to get my mother to call and curse them out just to send a termite control man. He told me there have been 3 complaints about temrintes over amonth ago, but Spruce has done nothing to fix the problem. IMAGINE 60 Termites chillen in ur living room!!!! They are dead now though. The termite guy said they are in my walls. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!!!! And today I say a DEAD RAT OUTSIDE ON THE GRASS WHILE WAITING FOR THE BUS!!! Please please, DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!!. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND RIDICULOUS!!!!

Get over it, I've lived at worse!! Try living in a ROACH infested apartment, termites won't harm you... As far as the dead rat, hey, as long as it isn't in the apartment, that's cool with me... This place is a lot nicer than some of the other complexes around here...
