My time at UCR is now over, I spent 2, almost 3, years here and it was really great!! I just moved out of a 1 bedroom on Spruce I (old side). The grounds were ALWAYS clean, any time I had any repair needed, it was done right away. I also liked the managers. I moved in when Ladeena was here, she was really nice. I didn't get to really know the manager after Ladeena, and Reanne is really nice too. My apartment was the perfect size, only thing really wrong was my neighbor above me (sounded like they were always dropping something), other than that, it was pretty much quiet... Everyone says how bad the parking is, yeah, I have to agree, but I've seen how some apartments have 4 to 5 roommates, EACH with a car, so makes it really hard to get a spot if you have a visitor. Overall, I loved it and DEFINATELY recommend it to anyone thinking about moving into Spruce!!
