I actually enjoyed Spruce for awhile. There were quite a few bugs because of all that shrubbery.

The bad experience I faced with them was when the pipe bursted in the outside closet. (There is a closet in the patio that you can use for storage). The pipe bursted and ruined ALL my stuff that I kept there. They refused to reimburse me for anything.
