Two months after moving into Spruce Village there was a fight at 4AM near my bedroom window and one of the college kids pulled out a shotgun. I can't deny enjoying seeing the police charging in and putting a beatdown where is was well deserved. Three months later we had two burgleries in the same building during the day. Interestingly enough, management did not sare this with it's tenants. A week after the burgleries, a neighbor arrived early from work only to be greated by a woman walking away with her tv. The best part about it was that the woman had parked in her spot. Nothing else happened after this except for the incident where I was attacked by a neighbors pittbul. Funny thing is that the next day I received a $75 rent increase or renew my lease notice taped to my door. So the question is, "do I recomend this complex'" NO. If anything, they should be offering section 8. And then, and only maybe then will I renew my lease. PS. Parking sucks. Every apartment has ten people/ college "students" which means ten fricken cars.
