My husband and I have been here for a little over 1 year now, and we could not be happier!! We live at "Spruce 1", which have HUGE patios for those of us downstairs, and the apartment itself is perfect for us. We initially moved into a 1 bedroom here, but when our baby came along, we needed extra room, and we really didn't want to leave. We went to talk to Raeanne, the manager, and Deja, the assistant manager, and we were able to transfer to a 2 bedroom. We had a little bit of a problem with our first neighbors (college students) partying, running up and down stairs... Ever since coming into our 2 bedroom, everything has been great!! Reading those other comments, I, as a current resident (I'd rather stay anonymous) would just like to say that every property has it's problems, no where is perfect, not even Spruce Village (parking being a BIG problem, only one assigned spot and the open parking fills up QUICK...) HOWEVER-- We feel right at home with a beautiful apartment, really nice people who work here, and such a short commute to and from work for both my husband and I. I recommend living here!!
