we had stayed in this apartment for 2 years and the management is very rude. I will never rent in this apartment or through this management again. Also, after cleaning the apartment all day and night before move out inspection we still had to pay an extra $500 on top of our deposit because the manager, Ladina, said it was still dirty. She has told us that all the walls had to be repainted and the whole carpet had to be redone. Boy, she made us feel like we were messy people or better yet like pigs. Because of what we went through with this apartment we learned to ALWAYS take a picture of the apartment before you move in and after you move out. We were blame for stains and damages we didn't do and were there before moving in and damages that weren't resolved by management. Take a PICTURE and print and date it. Print out 2 copies, one copy for you and one copy for the apartment.
