Incredibly incomptent management. Honestly, these people are just plain retarded. They are a nightmare to deal with and they manage to botch the simplest of tasks. I moved out in June of last year and turned in my keys DAYS AHEAD of schedule. A month later I receive a letter stating that my $300 deposit will not be returned and on top of that I OWED an additional $100! The claim was that I did not turn my keys in until 3 days after the agreed date and so I owe three days pro-rated rent which is complete BS. Apparently, the management has the right to claim anything they want to and it's up to the renter to prove otherwise...now ain't that some ----!

BOTTOM LINE: The people managing these apartments are incompetent in every regard except SCREWING YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. Don't even consider living here! In fact, if you happen to run into any of the management staff, specifically the retards that work in the front office, do me a big favor and spit on them. Hock a big one and let if fly, 'cause them folks are scum.

I'm going to have to agree with this post. Sadly enough I still live here and have to deal with them. They turn the simplest task into a great ordeal. I've learned to deal with them as little as possible. Thankfully they have a mail drop box so that I may drop my rent when they are not there. More over, the crime in this place is out of control. There has been day time break-ins, cars stolen, car windows broken, garages broken into, motorcycles stolen (in the daytime), and bicycles, and the list goes on. The office staff does not have the decency to warn it's tenents of such events. I feel for the families that have young children living with them. LOCK EVERYTHING and get a dog. The crime in this apartment has little to do with the surrounding neighborhood. It's your own neighbors you have to watch out for, in other words, lock your car, and don't leave things of value on your patio (Not even for a short period of time). Oh, and when someone steals your stuff, breaks into your car the staff will only say, "it happens, theres nothing we can do about it." I guess our stupid rent-a-cops are only good for kicking you out of the pool at 10pm. So in other words, the staff's incopetence does not stop at the office staff, it also extends to the security that they hire. I don't bother complaining to the office management anymore, i'm just waiting my lease to expire. I only take this time to share in order to warn those considering the move in specials. By the way, new people pay $100 less a month. There's a reason why rent went down sooo much. People don't stay long in this place.9-7-07

^^I completely agree. Especially Elizabeth, don't deal with her at all if you don't have to. They just have no sort of communication amongst themselves or with their tenants. They decided not to let us move into our new apartment until 4pm when they told us we could be done moving in by 12pm originally. On top of that they didn't even bother to call us and let us know! Of course they lied and said they couldn't reach me or my room mate which is complete BS because there are such a thing as voicemail, email, letters, etc. They didn't care about the fact that things were being delivered earlier than that or that we were informed ahead of time or that movers were being paid or that money was being wasted. On top of that Elizabeth yelled across the parking lot to let us know when things were ready instead of professionally walking over to let us know. Don't expect consideration or professionalism from these people. There are plenty of other examples of their complete incompetence but this is only the most recent. Also, don't expect to find parking or to have an assigned parking spot near your actual apartment. Bottom Line, the apartments are nice and some of the cheapest in the area but prepare to be stressed out, angered and irritated when trying to move in.
