I haven't lived in Spruce Village, but I almost did. We went through the application process, and I cancelled it after one of the managers called my husband at work and harrassed his boss. They demanded to know stuff about my husband, like his current address and social security number...which companies are NOT allowed to give out. They were VERY rude. It seemed like a pretty nice place, but a little on the expensive side.

LOL they did that to me as well unfortunatly I did not get the warning signs wish I never moved in here they do harrass tenants on a regular basis
