Not the best.

My husband and I are current residents and have lived here for two years. The company has changed management since we've been here and I have to say that I miss the old management. We've had problems with the office staff in the past, I personally handed our rent check to the manager and two days later had a note posted to my door telling me they never got my rent check and I had three days to vacate the property. I walked down to the office and gave them a piece of my mind, they apologized a couple of times after seeing how angry I was and I haven't had a problem since then. The management is really self-righteous and need lessons in customer service. I have not been happy with management since it changed a little over a year ago. We haven't been on a lease since the first 6 months of renting here but I just found out that apparently the rent went down by $100 so I'm curious if we resign a lease if our rent will go down. This is one of the safest apartment complexes in the area by a long shot although my husband has had his tires slashed twice in the past couple of months & our garage was broken into the first year we were here. The maintenance is always completed quickly when things need to be repaired. I'll also mention like everyone else did that the parking situation blows & the noise from the trains is more than annoying.
