me and my family have been living here for 1.5 months now
the first year was pretty good, quiet and no problemes.
since Fall 2008, the most annoyiest neihbors moved near us, after that, our daily life was no longer quiet and nice.
Those people(don't even know who the heck live in that Apartment) look like they are jobless, and they are not students either.
they are very selfish and always hang out and smoking in the balcony and make comments to girls pass by(heard from my other neihbors who used to next door to them)
They turn thier music REALLY Loud fequently in the morning and at nights
Last weekend, they party at thier balcony with annoying music and weird people walking around, yelling and shouting all night on long till 1am, our kids and eleder can't even sleep, i had to call the securrity
and this was NOT the first time they have done that
I can't compliant to the ladies from the office because one of the staff who is actually good friends with them, how sad is that.
suggestions, this is a good apartment for decent price in the area near UCR, but make sure when you decide to sign lease, tell that two ladies you don't want to live anywhere that's close to Apartment#5D, you life will be miserable to be around them unless you are a deaf!
