I love Sterling! After hearing some of my friends "horror stories" at other complexes around UCR (esp.GM & UVT), I know this is where I want to stay all 4 years! The staff is super nice & genuinely care about your needs & do everything in their power to help you. If you are looking for UCR housing...look no more!

You obviously have not lived here to long enough to experience the bums in the hallways, the broken elevators and doors, absolutley no guest parking, poor clean up crews, trash dump is always disgusting, management does not care, and it is generaly not a safe place to live. plus its too expensive.
