First off, I have lived in other places and have not had the problems that I have had here. All the other places I have lived, except for the fact that they were much more expensive, I would have loved to have stayed there til this day.

If you're paying for parking, why does that give an invitation to tow cars' If we are paying for parking, we should be able to park anywhere, anytime. Visitor parking is scarce, especially when people have parties all the time and people come to them. I'm not really complaining about the parties, but come on people, call it quits after a while and don't play the same songs over and over again.

The apartment itself is not worth $785. It's small. The actually distance from end of bed to say a wall might be five feet. It's like cell block on an expensive level. Elevators that don't work, few computers in the lab work, doors without doornobs or locks, concrete hallways that are gross, trash all over the complex, one place to put trash for hundreds of tenants, .... Utilities... okay, they're paid for.

There have been gnats in my apartment since day one. All I did on day one was look at the place. When I first arrived to the apartment it was obvious it was not cleaned. Double sided tape stuck all over walls and doors, the oven was disgusting, microwave was bit size, a chair literally had a hole in it, the stove was a disaster, the refrigerator..... it wasn't covered in fungus until a little later, balcony pretty much doesn't exist, window sill covered in dust and indentations that can be prevented by using a coaster, awkward place for cable outlet, ceiling fan too low for comfort, showerhead that partially works, and roommates (supposedly nice and like me... due to management's roommate search program) that suck. Complained about several things... nothing worthwhile done. SSDD.

I have not been happy here. Would not reccommend to anyone either.

Either you're as moronic as some of the people that lived there when I did OR things have changed. Best case, you're a moron. Glad you're happy because I can't feel sympathetic to those who choose to be stupid.
