Lets keep it simple to lists
-walls thing, partyers can get quite annoying and loud as the disturbance is not enforced at all
-smoke detector goes off very easily when cooking
-the rent is around $800 PER ROOM! So a 4 bedroom unit costs 3200 total, quite expensive.
-the stove is electric and sucks, gas all the way come on
-management sucks, they took two weeks to fix my friends internet problems
-they took over two weeks to install our plasma TV which was suppose to be included in our apartment
-the halls are concrete and look very ghetto but the main problem is noise echos so easily and people are inconsiderate and run around and scream making it worse.
-the internet is slow as HELL! 60kbs download and upload and often it will go far slower and stop completely forcing some of us to buy our own for convenience sakes.
-parking sucks as they reserve alot of spaces for the retail stores but they never get used up and the visitor spots are always taken by residents also the fact that if you need to park on the 7th floor of the structure it is truly a pain in the arse

Overall this place truly does stink.

dude your crazy i think opposite.. the stoves are nice and what i love is how quite it gets, i think u just got unlucky and lived next to a band or something. i sent in a c omplaint of a noisy neighbor and sterling sent them notices and made sure the problem stopped. i think sterling was pretty cool and for the money its worth it.
