The good:
-convenient distance from school
- a lot of parties all the time so you always have something to do
-gym
-furnished
-the staff ocasionally has food gigs for advertisement
The Bad:
-the walk to school from sterling down university is infested by bums and drug addicts
-lots of parties means noise, throwup, trash, dangerous people you dont know, drugs etc
-furnishing is cheap and falls apart
-disregard the computer lab since the computers dont ever work no printer etc.
-you have to pay for parking
-extremely noisy
-dangerous activity because it attracts prostitutes, bums and drug addicts
-maintanaince is slow and the guys are extremely lazy
The Ugly
-there is one big trash for the whole facility that means trash roaches, throwup, and trashcan juice everywhere! (go see for yourself)
-Parties means broken glass everywhere, beer bottles, blunt wraps etc
-You will get your car towed no matter how careful you are they will get you its their mission
-rumors that the apartment complex has a contract with the tow companies (why would you do that to your customers)
-cars get broken into constantly even in the first floor, my friends have gotten their sterios stolen even their car seats!
-People sell drugs at some apartments, people that go to parties often have drugs, guns, knifes, i have seen bums, prostitutes etc
-Sex and promiscuous stuff in the jacoozzi and pool (sperm infested)
-sterling at one point even had registered sex offenders living there (check megans law)
