I have lived at Sterling since September and am extremely satisfied here! I saw some of the other postings and actually feel that most of their "bad & ugly" statements are completely inaccurate...

In the last 2 months, I have noticed management has been making a lot of positive changes and improvements being made in Sterling. The trash is not piling up and all of the building locks are fixed. If a lock is broken and you tell the office, maintenance takes care of it asap.

Also, let's remember that Riverside overall is not really a great location. Sterling can't do anything about the people in the surrounding areas, and I have seen courtesy patrol & staff members kicking bumbs, etc. off the property.

The residents need to respect the property and stop being so inconsiderate with trash, parties, etc. I think the staff is great and really genuinely care about their residents! I had reported some issues to the office and within a couple days everything was taken care of!

Sterling is 100% the best student apt complex in Riverside and I love living here!
