It is only convenient because it is furnished and nearby the school. Otherwise, it is overpriced, and parking is horrible. Parking is way too expensive and they charge ridiculous electricity bills. The people who live around here are loud, obnoxious, and always trash the premises, which gives this place an unappealing look. Security is very minimal and this apartment just does not seem to be worth the price. I do not recommend living here unless you don't care about paying $800 a month for mediocre living quarters.

well maybe you should do your math... you're living at a place with your OWN room and your OWN bathroom. permits at school cost hundreds of dollars. so, if you go to school then that parking at sterlings pretty cheap compared to that. theres a pool, a gym. theres are like, a million events where you can grab free ---- and that pays for itself. and yeah, the fact that its furnished really helps those who dont want to buy crap for their aparmtent and get stuck with it when they move out. you dont have to pay for ANY gas or water...and its just electricity. the most ive gone over is 20 bucks for the whole apt. hey thats pretty good because it'd be more in a house. the economy is ---- right now..and if you went online and calculated how much electricity you used, you'd be surprised. maybe you should turn off your ---- when you arent there and learn to conserve. AAAnd what do you expect from a place with students? you have people that care about the property and those that dont. WhATS NEW!? At least the place is looking better and there are trash rooms and the dumpster doesnt look like a ---- hole.

Yeah yeah yeah streeling is still over priced. Econcmics one one tells you us that the average cost of a 1 bedroom apartment here in riverside is about 800 dollars, furthermore many of these place around campus are offering free gas, water, and electricity. SO why pay 800 dollars a month to live in a 4 bedroom apartment. Secondly free food, events, and the pool does not help much for those residents who are conistly working or have to go to school. The managers here at streeling are rude, stupid, and cops a attuide the minute you need something done in your room. TO make a long answer short save your money and live somewhere else.

first off its 800 for the 2 bedroom and 700 for the four bedroom and you tell me if its worth it: for the rent amount you get water electricity cable and internet, you get a fully furnished apartment with everything u need like a fridge stove oven microwave, you get a free 42 inch plasma tv, you have a free washer and dryer in every apartment, you do have free parking which is understandably not easy to find a spot but unike other apartment complexes which have 2 guest spots, atleast starling has about 80.. there is a free gym which is really big and has a lot of equipment as well as a tanning bed, theres a game room and a computer room that has free printing as long as u have your own paper. also sterling is located pretty much close to everything, what ever u feel like eating or doing u can walk to it. I have a car but yet find myself walking everywhere. The bus picks up really close right by the carls jr. so all u have to do is walk right across the street. The security this year has improved big time, try driving into the lot after the sun sets and not seeing one of the vehicles. Management is really cool and ive never had a problem, im always in the office grabbing the cookies and candy lol and i always chat with them and stuff. I used to live in the blaine apartments and i had to furnish my own apartment pay for all the bills and utilities and drive to school everyday.. i saved a lot with sterling..
