Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Maintenance takes a really long time to get anything done and they don't prioritize things right, cars getting stolen or broken into, the gates have gotten smashed by cars a couple times.

I will be moving out soon and I don't recommend this place to anyone. The price is too high for what you (don't) get.
