The management doesn't care about anything or anyone, when we got new property owners we were praying the old managers would be kicked out but no they started to get their whole family working there. Nothing ever gets fix my carpet was so old when I moved in it was peeling and torn, they refused to fix it. Also when I moved in the apt smelt like animal urine so bad and they refused to clean the carpet. When my ceiling in the bathroom colapsed it took them over two weeks to come in and fix it. There is so much drugs on the property its not funny anymore. The manager is a B*t*h and is very rude. They get bonuses for not spending money each month. A couple of months ago they had a girl that worked as management that was in prison for check forgery, what the hell is that'! No parking and alot of break ins...worst decision of my life, and rent goes up anywhere between $30-75 every 6 months. Believe me its not worth it.
