I can remember moving in back in 1989. The manager Gerrie was real nice and my friends really liked my place. When Gerrie left things were alright for a while, but when water leaks caused not only a lack of the shower for the day not to mention a flush.
The nice flowers and bushes started to die.
Now they are in the process of putting new grass and bushes, but it's just a matter of time before they die too. And I dont think rent will ever stay the same they raise the rent every 6 months. Five years ago I paid 485.00 a month now I pay 655.00 and rising, if I dont get kicked out for writing this. It's all the truth! I never mentioned have they ever painted the inside of my apartment they wont fix the tile the list goes on! Find another place I let me know.
