I've lived in the complex since August 2006. In just the few short months my fiancee and I have been there, two of our cars have been broken into, the rims and tires off one car being stolen, and the amp and speakers from another car were swiped. There is never any parking available, as no one in the complex wants to park their car in the stalls (that were all the cars get vandalized). There's supposed to be security, but I have never seen them around. I've never had an issue with maintnance, but then again, we've never need any either. The area is always clean and well manicured, and the laundry area is always kept up. I would not recommend this complex to anyone with a vehicle, however. There are no cameras or anything installed that would protect the property of the tennats. As soon as we find a new place, we plan on moving. The ladies in the office seem nice enough, and I've never really had a problem, but they are frequently out of the office, or the office will be closed on days it should be open.
