I would not reccomend this place at all. I too had my car broken into 3 times in 3 months. The management did not seem to care at all. MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS THAT YOUR CAR PORT NUMBER IS ALSO THE SAME NUMBER OF YOUR APARTMENT. Since cars are broken into so often, they also know EXACTLY where you live!!! There is no security. Maintenance was not responsive at all. I had a problem with my outlets, and when the maintenance guy messed it up more, he tried to pin it on me, and the management sided with him. The actual units are nice, and laundry is cheap. Although there aren't enough machines. If you live in the back you have a long way to walk, and you are always worried about your safety. Cars are broken into everywhere in Riverside, I know they do have security, I saw them driving thru and check cars, the police told my friend one time, the people breaking in are ususally people that know you and know the stuff you have in your car, otherwise they will have to break in thru a lot of cars before they find something worthwhile. Check out your friends I say. Your friends also know what you have in your home man. be careful, the closest people are the ones to fear sometimes I say.

The neighbors that complain and always have negative feedback are the ones causing the problems, I'm glad they are gone too!
