You heard right... My storage unit and truck were broken into a grand total of 6 times in one year. After demanding they put in cameras to cover my area of the parking lot they said there's absolutely nothing they could do. Then I said that I was going to make 200 copies of the petition I made to demand better safety. All of a sudden they were willing to talk. Great service.
Then a week after I was vandalized and lost over $300 worth of stuff from my truck they took down EVERY single camera and left them down for over 3 months, with no notice or any sort of security. Big surprise, I was broken into 2 more times and there was nothing I could do about it.
I've never met lower quality people anywhere. I ended up pounding on the doors of 6 people at half past midnight to tell them to shut off the music. I called security and the police half a dozen times as well due to inconsiderate, idiotic, high, drunken, or worthless neighbours.
Grace is the most wonderful lady there and is always willing to help. When Shirley came in she took away a lot of the nice little perks and crime skyrocketed. Don't trust anyone and don't get to know anyone there... Better yet, DON'T GO.
