This is exactly what you want if you don't have kids and want a quiet place to live. I lived at Tanglewood twice for a total of 3 years. The manager is nice and fair. She just wants the complex to stay quiet and clean. Maintenance issues were resolved as quickly as possible. The only problem I ever had was that the parking lot would sometimes flood in the rain.
