First I want to mention that the Terrace, Meadows and Newport are all under the same management. Mickey is the Manager and she has an assistant and leasing agent at all the other properties. I live in the Newport. I have NEVER seen any of the staff be anything but gracious and friendly. But then again I have always abided by the rules and paid my rent on time. When I had a problem it has always been taken care of right away. I have seen a cat outside on occasion, but I think they wonder in from outside our apartments.

What I really enjoy about living here is that Mickey sets up things to do for us that live here. For example she brings in Santa Clause for the children every year, Easter egg hunts, get to know your neighbor BBQ s during the summer, and they are even having a pet parade comming up! She also does raffles like for Valentines there were raffles for dinner for 2! I didn t win but my neighbor and his wife did. Stuff like this realy is nice.

When I moved in to the Newport over 12 years ago I was a bit concerned with the neighborhood. After moving in there was a change in management and Maria took over. WOW! They really turned the neighborhood around! The staff is always very friendly and courteous. The maintenance staff, yes is always on top of things. The grounds are kept up beautifully! No weeds! No Trash! Pool is always sparkling! I just signed a new lease and plan to stay for many more years!
