At least, when I was living there. I think with how much the campus has expanded, that it's a lot more expensive. But it was a great deal when we were there.

The pool was very nice, and wasn't used by others too often. The laundry room was adequate. I didn't have to deal with staff too much, but when I did, they were courteous. Stuff was fixed on a timely basis. We got a good parking spot close to our apartment, and noise was never really a problem.

Overall, I have no complaints about this place, and would have recommended it to anyone, though who knows how much it has changed in four years.
