The staff are incompetent and biased against students. I attempted to rent from them this summer and was put through hell by the incompetent staff. I have fabulous credit and financing but rejected on the basis that I was a student (a graduate student I might add). They do not answer the phone, nor faxes, and must be asked to do something 10 times before they think about doing it, and this is when they were trying to get me as a tenant. I went through two months of back and forth with them (the dragging out always on their end, as I also responded to their requests instantly). Look elsewhere. There are plenty of complexes in Riverside, and this one has no business interacting with other humans, let alone taking their money.
