This place is just a quick walk from UCR, and is one of the cheapest for being this close. The buildings are older than the more expensive ones in the area, but they started repainting and recarpeting a lot, so most of the units for rent feel very new. The community is a mix of students and non-students (mostly singles, or couples without children). Fairly quiet place, nice office and maintenance staff.
