office staff is great! They are responsive and courteous. The area is relatively safe because it is far from the bad parts of the city. Although it is close to the university the area is not very noisy or hectic. The external appearance is not that great, however, our unit was pretty well kept. We also received our full deposit back which was nice because we spent alot of time cleaning it.
