The apartments are older style which basically means that they are larger than most newer apartments. There is plenty of closet/storage space in my apartment. When I moved in, the carpet, paint, etc. was new. The apartment was clean though not sterile.
The management was/is very helpful. When I have a problem, I let them know and they handle it in a timely manner. Sometimes, it takes a couple of days but I'm always given an expected date that the work will be done by.
The area and the apartments are quiet for the most part. The manager is usually on top of keeping the noise down after "quiet time".
