First off, the manager is rude! The apartment building is old and very unimpressive. There is one or other water-related problem all year long. Appliances are old. The maintenance crew is understaffed. Positive things are - it's a convenient location for university students. Has decent facilities like laundry, gym-room, indoor games, barbecue grills etc.
