You should consider this complex only if you are on a seriously tight budget, otherwise look for housing somewhere else.
1)Pools and common areas are poorly maintained! leaves and dirt cover every inch, gardeners come once a week but don't really clean anything.
2)the quality of construction is very suspect! pieces of the roof chip off and fall down, the hod and cold knobs on sinks come off..toilets don't flush proper.
3)The manager (Laura) is very unhelpful, will try to bully you all the time. Doesn't know the first thing about being polite.
4)Washer dryers are often out of commission.
5)Frequent water shut-offs because of repair work!!
6)Come to think of it the rent per month isn't too less at this dump, I'm moving asap.
