This place is not at all well maintained. Point in case- The locks on the doors were wobbly the very day I had to move in, then the kitchen sink started to leak. After complaining they sent someone over but he just did a quick stop-gap job and left. These guys have no interest whatsoever in making their tenants feel nice. The office guys, the lady called Laura is something. Seems like a southerner, is impolite and loud, Stay away from her as much as possible. I'm getting out as soon as I can get a sub-let on my place. :(
