I have lived many places in Riverside and I have to say that this apartment complex is by far the best place that I have called home. The onsite staff are truly invested in the up keep of the property, but more importantly they take a vested interest in all of the tenants that occupy this community. I have found that in the rare instance that I do need maintance done on my apartment, their responce has been timely and efficient. Both the Manager and the Office Manager take the time learn all of the tenants names and a little information about them. At University Hills, tenants are looked at as people, NOT RENT CHECKS!!! Many of the higher priced apartments in the area do not have on sight managers. I enjoy the fact that there are rules and regulations and that they are upheld. This is a quite community, welcoming to families, students, singles and adults. I am thrilled to call this complex home.

This one is definitely written by one of the staff. Otherwise how could you say things like "Both the Manager and the Office Manager take the time learn all of the tenants names and a little information about them"? How the f*** does a tenant know this?
