Management consists of one woman currently drawing insanity pay from Social Security who looks like and smells like a strung-out druggie of the lowest order.

Owners care nothing for the property or the tenants except for their bottom line.

Many MUCH BETTER alternatives in the riverside campus area than this dilapidated rat-hole. Yes, rats live in these buildings, as is evidenced by rat traps placed throughout the complex.
