UNIVERSITY HILLS is probably the best complex We have lived in. Management and maintanance are always available for us. Now, about some reviewrs that seem to think this complex is dirty and unkept; why not be grtaeful that you HAVE a public grill to share, maybe you should clean it! I have not seen any place that has a grill besides the old charcole grills that blow away with the wind. Also, the pools are CLEAN! Show me a pool that doesn't have something in that is not indoors! The trees and shrubbs make this complex a comfortable, shady place in the summer; so yes you will have some cluttered walkways. I have never met a manager that actually knows almost EVERY name in the place. There is absolutly no better place as far as price, up-keep, professionalism and courtesy I can find in this area!

UNIVERSITY HILLS is probably not the best complex "I" have lived in. Now, about some reviewrs that seem to think this complex is dirty and unkept; - O high and mighty god of reviews: they are right ;) why not be grtaeful that you HAVE a public grill - spelling mistake :D, you were in a hurry to write all this huh! why not be grateful: because that is the standard everywhere. I have not seen any place that has a grill besides the old charcole grills that blow away with the wind.: Open your eyes love Show me a pool that doesn't have something in that is not indoors!: go to Univ. Village down the street, Highlander Park etc.. Nice passionate review ..lolz

I have found several other apartments that are better priced and the upkeep is better. On more than one occasion I have had to wait 2 months or more to have problems fixed. My kitchen was being flooded and that didn't get fixed for over a month. It caused mold under the linoleum that the manager keeps promising to replace but hasn't! This started 4 months ago! If you like this place you're crazy!
