The management here barely tends to her responsibilities. The only pool that is kept clean is the one by her apartment which she uses for parties throughout the summer and she will party all night noisily with her friends. When maintenance is requested it is not done within a timely manner. Just to have a door fixed I waited over 2 months. I kept having to remind her because she kept forgetting even though she filled out a work order. The manager is like a white trash druggie. I swear I saw her smoking pot! The condition of the apartment when I moved in was terrible. The paint is peeling and the floors were filthy, not to mention the cupboards. I had to clean the whole apartment thoroughly. The floors, as it turns out, were not gray, but white.They also allow the maintenance person in even when you don't give permission to enter when you are not home! If you make a complaint it's ignored! The whole place is falling apart and the management, in my opinion, is the cause! Don't live here! Find something else! That's what I'm doing! This place is cheaply maintained and grossly overpriced!
