I have lived in this complex for the past two years now, and I can say honestly it is better than most places in Riverside. First off, the complex is old so it does have some plumming problems, but ther are taken care of in a timley manner. That being said, I love living at this complex. I enjoy haveing trees out side my apt, I love the landscaping they have all around and in the complex. The pools are cleane and the grounds are kept up. Any problem I have had with my apt was taken care of in a matter of days. Second, the staff are VERY kind. I have had my share of bad managers, but the staff at this place are the best. They know my name, wich is more than I can say about other places I have lived in Riverside. Also the staff make me feel safe. I know if I have a problem they will take care of it. Anyone who puts up a bad comment mut not have lived in the other crappy places in Riverside. The Staff care about the people in the complex, that is a rare thing for Riverside. For the price and location it is one of the best places in Riverside to live. It is close to UCR and downtown, and yet seem far away from both. Like I said in the opining I have lived in this complex for two years now and will continue to live in this complex as long as the staff is the same and the price is rifgt.

You are naive. I personally think this place sucks and the management is horrible. I have lived in many paces that weren't so great and even they top this place. Nothing gets done in my apartment in a timely manner. I have always had to wait several weeks to get anything done. And the apartment was disgusting when I moved in. I had to scrub it myself! The floors were a gross shade of gray and the cupboards were disgusting. I tried to report it to the owners but the management refuses to give the number. Obviously even they know they screwed up. They don't want to get in trouble.

People should also remember that this is supposed to be a site for personal opinions about the complex and should stop childishly insulting people just because they don't share your opinions.

You should remember that People read this and might not know that you are a crazy fat slob who goes onlie and lies about this complex. Not everyone who goes on this web site knows that you are a shut in who waighs 593#s and eats small children for snacks.
