I can not in good concious, let the comment that was posted over the weekend go unaddressed. I am curious to know exactly what apartment complex, and manager this individual is attacking. I have lived in this complex for a year and have to say that after 10 years of apartment jumping, I have finally found a place that I can call home. University Hills has the BEST management team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. All of the maintaince issues that I have had, have been address quickly, professionally, and completely. Perhapse it is because I understand that there are 160 units and that not every issue a tenant has is considered an "emergency" - like a broken door- I have never found the management team to be neglectful in any way. The personal attacks on the manager herself are not only ridiculous, I would be surprised to find out that they wouldn't be considered SLANDEROUS!!!! The manager of this apartment complex has to bethe most caring and attentive manager. Not only does she attend to this ENTIRE complex as if she were the owner, she is invested in each of her tenants! To make such unintelligent and ridiculous states about her character only refelcts the petty and immature nature of the author. The pools in the complex are cleaned three times a week, ALL OF THEM!!! I have had many get togethers at the pools with my friends and I am offened that anyone would use this forum to complain about that! It is my great pleasure to live here. I have friends that live in "luxury" apartments in Riverside that aren't maintained and managed with even a fraction of the attention that this team pays to this complex!! My suggestion to this bitter and slanderous tenant....move some place where the pool is yellow, the management doesn't care that your oven hasn't worked in six months, and all you are is a rent check! Then....you'll have something to complain about. I suggest the manager personally attacked in that posting pursue the necessary means to have that slanderous statement retracted!!!!!!!!

You're probably friends with her... I had a problem with leaking in the kitchen. Everyday there would be water all over the floor. It took about 6 weeks to finally get it fixed. Now there's mold and nastiness under the floor where it kept flooding. Still nothing has been done about that and it's been over 3 months. I don't know about you but I call this an emergency and I'm sure the owner would love to hear about the neglect. I have relatives that are in property management that tell me to sue if this continues. I have to agree that the management here kind of sucks.

This site is supposed to be for personal opinions about apartment complexes. It's really very childish to take the comments personally and feel the need to defend. You are obviously friends with said management to be taking this so personally. Either that or you ARE the management, in which case you need to get a life. The complex has many problems and I personally turned this place down for an apartment down the street where the management is nicer and not so white trash in looks and personality. I prefer a more professional atmosphere, not a manager that looks like she just crawled out of a dumpster and speaks like an ignorant druggie. This is not slander! Just my honest opinion! And even if it was taken as slander and someone tried to sue, it would not be possible to do so! You cannot prove whop said what! Grow up and get a life!
