I loved living at this complex for the past three years. I started in a large one bedroom apartment that was clean when my fiance and I moved in. When we got married we moved into a 2 bedroom apartment in this complex because my husband wanted our teenage son and I to be safe and in an affordable apartment while he was on deployment to Iraq. There were some minor repairs to be made to the place; we expected that because it is an older complex. In my tenancy, all of the pools have always been kept clean, the grounds have been kept clean, the gates for the parking area have worked or repaired immediately and anyone that I personally have heard come in with a complaint have been immediately helped.

There are some inconsiderate and loud college students living there that do not care about the complex's rules. Again, this is to be expected. However, if the manager hears the noise she makes the tenants who are loud stop. If another tenant hears their neighbors being loud, they can go to the manager or her team and complain and they handle these things quickly. If any "funny" smells are complained about the managers take care of that problem too by telling the tenants to stop whatever it is they are doing or the police will be called.

When my husband was killed in action in Iraq last year we asked the manager if we could hold his wake at the complex, she was very nice about allowing us to do so and my guests were quiet after 11 PM, like the rules say for a weekend. The management team asked me to post letters on my neighbors' doors to warn them about, or invite them to, the wake. All in all, this is a manager who cares about her tenants, her management team and her complex. Being a military wife and family this was a blessing to us.
