Lived here on and off for several years during late 80's and early 90's. Apt's are very close to the UCR campus allowing most to walk to class. There is one large pool and a small exercise room with 2 bikes and a nautilus machine. There are garages available to rent, otherwise it is assigned parking for 1 car per apartment and then left to your own devices for parking any additional cars. Upkeep is pretty good and is one of the better places to live in the immediate area. Crime is low since the Campus Police department is across the corner from the complex. It gets noisy on Friday/Saturday nights during football season since at least 2 High School teams use the stadium across the street for their games.
