Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
First problem: MANAGEMENT
The people here are terribly rude and annoying. They often lose your rent check which creates a hassle every other month.
Second problem: PARKING
Not only do you only get one assigned parking spot per apartment (yes even for a two bedroom), half the school parks there because the apartment never enforces their "resident parking" signs. Even when someone is in your assigned spot.
Third problem: SECURITY
Multiple times during my stay there I found kids lurking in the parking areas to find a place to hide when smoking the "you-know-what." I haven't had any incidences with my property personally, but I've seen things happen to the property of others.
