Went sour with new management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
It used to be a nice place to live, but the management (2003) has ruined that. They are simply rude and inconsiderate of their tenants. The old management used to be humble and have bbq's, and these new guys could care less about being friendly with us. They will never remind us poor busy students if we are late on the rent, and are quick to collect the $50 late charges. Complaints arent answered quickly, the parking rules are not enforced, there is lack of security and they raised the rent.
