I hate The Crest Apartments.

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
Turn and run from The Crest! Our patio has a big sink hole in it; it's very unsafe and we know the management is aware of it but it's never gotten repaired.
They like to blame the previous management for all their current problems: bad roofs, no record of the condition the apartment was in when we moved in, no record that we paid a $200 pet deposit! I had to go to my bank and ask them to find a copy of the check for our pet deposit from five years ago.
They'll make a lot of promises to you when you move in but you'll never see those things happen. We're moving out as soon as our lease is up and never looking back.
