This place is not worth the money. Everything in my apartment breaks apart. When I moved in the sink was leaking. The patio railing was falling apart. My foot went thru the patio flooring. There was mold everywhere. The fauct in the bath tub kept on coming out of the basin. Above that the Crest took forever to "try" to fix it. I had to threaten them with Code Compliance to get my patio fixed.
