Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The Management is never there. They lose checks and they would always send us notices of late rent when we already paid and when we asked about it they never called us back. I lived there 9 months and we recieved about 4 false notices. They are very unorganized. But, at least it's a better place then summer ridge.
