Best for a students with no vehicles, as I hear the one-assigned parking place is history and parking on a UCR school day is difficult. We have a downstairs unit and the plywood upstairs creaks with every step. The toilets appear 20% smaller than any other toilet I've seen. Cable and cable internet quality and reliabilty are a bit quirky. Decent pool and spa, plus I hear that a gym is on the way. Do I smell a rent increase'
