I've lived in the complex for almost five years now, four years in a two bedroom with a roommate and one year in a studio apartment by myself. The studio is great with high ceilings and my own kitchen and patio. The new management, for the most part, is friendly. I called for maintenance while I was away for a week and when I got back I was pleased to find a work order note on my door and my problem fixed.

Parking is first come, first serve now. I thought it was going to be a major headache but I haven't had a problem, even on school days and nights with all the UCR students parking in the streets.

The UCR police department is practically across the street so safety hasn't been a concern for me (I'm female so I'm extra careful).

This place used to suck but I think they're finally getting their act together. Too bad I'm moving out once it's getting better.
