ive lived here for 3 years now and me and my roomate are finally moving out...they raise the rent about $100 every year and next year its gonna be 1368 ...but thats if you sign the lease early! if you dont sign a new lease by march, its even more than that! what -------- to try and trap the students! when i moved in it was 1035! theres nothing to show for the price! no gym, no security. And by the way the manager cynthia is a -----! shes so fake and only cares about money, if you have a problem dont count on her to help ..all she says is " oh how unfortunate"...stupid -----! dont live here...u can definately find something cheaper with nicer management that cares about their tenants.
